Born to the late R.C. and Nina Mae Williams on August 31, 1953, in Texas, Appezene was raised in the rich soil of faith, family, and farming.

She was a gifted entrepreneur and masterful seamstress whose hands worked miracles—creating elegant wedding gowns, formal dresses, and suits that made people feel proud, confident, and loved. But her gifts didn’t end with a needle and thread—her true calling was serving the Lord through song, prayer, and unwavering love. She lived humbly and gave selflessly, embracing everyone with her beautiful smile and gentle spirit.
