Brandi Kirkwood

Brandi Mashai Kirkwood, 35, of Tatum, died October 9, 2018. She was born on February 15,1983 to Cartie Tidwell, Jr. and Brenda Kirkwood, who both precede her in death.

Brandi attended Tatum Independent School District and graduated from Tatum High School in 2001. After high school, Brandi attended Vista, Kilgore and Panola colleges to further her education.

Family and friends were Brandi’s delight! In her spare time, Brandi appreciated spending special moments with those family and friends. She enjoyed movie nights, Zumba, cooking, making jokes – and sleeping. Brandi was unconditionally devoted to her children, and above all else, she enjoyed her time with them.

Brandi is survived by her four children: Jabresha Kirkwood (19), Kierra Kirkwood (18), Breannica Kirkwood (14) and Aryanna Cooks (10). Brandi's surviving siblings include Jonathan (Asheraka) Kirkwood, William Timothy, William Anthony, Phyllis (Dale Sr.) Tidwell and Delores (Tony) Reynolds.

Two brothers: Cartie Tidwell and Ken Tidwell and two sisters: Agatha Tidwell and Helen Tidwell also precede her in death

Brandi will be deeply missed by her friends, family and all who knew her.
