Curtrick Lamar Hayes was born in Santa Barbara, California on May 21, 1978.
At a young age he attended Shiloh Holiness Church, in Tyler Tx.
Hayes graduated from John Tyler High School. After high school he went on to receive his CNA Certification in job corps, and years later he became certified to be a Medication Administer.
He later married Kisha Davis on September 17th, 2002, in Tyler Tx.
He has four beautiful daughters; Destiny, Surya, Tekiya, and Safari and one son; Darshay.
Curtrick was a quiet humble guy that loved fishing and spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed go out on the boat with his uncles. He liked driving his car with the top down, with his hair blowing in the wind. He loved helping people, both at work and away from work. He also enjoyed the martial arts, as well as being in nature.
He is preceded in death by his mother; Beverly Hayes Bowens, and father; Jerry Bowens, grandmother; Ruby Hayes, uncle; Waymond Hayes, grandfather; Winfred Hayes Sr., and his son; Bryson Nathaniel Hayes.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories his wife; Kisha Davis-Hayes, four daughters; Destiny, Surya, Tekiya and Safari and one son; Darshay, one sister; Nashawta Russell (Courtney) two brothers; Jerry Bowens Jr., and Cameron Bowens, two aunts; Kathy Bendy (Thomas), Darlene Fluellen (Anthony); three uncles; Winfred Hayes (Brenda), Darrell Hayes (Jana), Bobby Hayes (Davina) and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
