Danny Woodard Obituary

Danny Lee Woodard was born in Daingerfield, Texas, to the late Mel "Yak" Woodard and Merlene "Merk" Frazier.

On Thursday, July 2, 2026, Danny peacefully departed this earthly life in Tyler, Texas. At an early age, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was a faithful member of Victory Temple Church in Daingerfield, Texas.

Danny received his education through the Daingerfield Independent School District and graduated from Daingerfield High School. Following graduation, he worked a variety of jobs before beginning his career with Pilgrim's Pride in Mount Pleasant, Texas, in 1996. Through his dedication and strong work ethic, he advanced to the position of lead in his department. Danny faithfully served the company for nearly 30 years before retiring due to declining health.
