David Wayne Boaze was a loving Father, grandfather, sibling, and friend. David was born on July 20th, 1959, in Marshall, Texas to Katherine and Aubrey Boaze and passed on March 5th, 2023.
David was the number one Dallas Cowboys fan and loved watching football. David loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He loved sitting by the campfire, fishing, and taking trips to Galveston. David worked at Texas Utilities for many years.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father Katherine and Aubrey Boaze, brother Gerald Boaze, and sister Kay Williams.
David is survived by sisters Sue Brookes and Patsy Hudson, daughter Melissa Roberts and husband James Roberts, daughter Fallon Burns and husband Bubba Burns, and God-daughter Brittany Zimicki and Husband Pete Zimicki, grandchildren Dakota Boaze, Sierra Burns, Derick Burns, Hasheem Ector, and Breanna Roberts, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. David will be joining his friends Dan Young, Howard Stark, Alex Samples, and Greg Samples in Heaven.
