Leroy Tilley

FEBRUARY 2, 1947 - SEPTEMBER 1, 2023
Mr. Lester and Mrs. Beedie Tilley brought into this world eleven beautiful children and Leroy Tilley was the 7th child of the bunch born on February 2, 1947 in Larissa, Texas. He was welcomed home to heaven by his brother; Billy Tilley September 1st, 2023 to join his mother and father and sister; Bonnie R. Lacy.

Leroy united with Larissa CME Church at an early age and loved the Lord and his family. He attended Tyler ISD Public Schools.
Leroy was employed with Tyler Pipe Industries than began working for Tyler ISD and later in life he became self-employed until his retirement. He enjoyed being surrounded by nature throughout his life.

Leroy leaves to cherish his memories four brothers; Glenn Tilly (Diann), Dell Tilley (Faye) Melvin Tilley and Lester Paul Tilley, four sisters; Ruth Webb, Myrtis Hollins, Sandra Walker (Curtis) and Linda Kay Tilley and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
