Lugenia (Murphy) Wallace

Lugenia was born on August 17, 1934, to Lucinda and Henry Murphy Sr. in Smith County.She received her education in Douglas County and lived in Smith County until she passed away at the age of 89.Lugenia was a dedicated member of Universal Heights Church of Christ and spent her days as a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Wallace, her parents, her stepmother Louise, her brothers, Henry Murphy Jr. and Tommie, and her sisters Cindy, Donnie, Shirley, Lois, and Bobbie.

Lugenia is survived by her son Vernon Square, her brother Leon, her sisters Linda and Debbie, her three grandchildren Jason, Mykos, and Latisha, as well as a multitude of family members and friends who will cherish her memory forever.
