Mary Francis Garrett

Mary Francis Garrett was born on December 28, 1940 to the parentage of Arvella Garrett and Ezekiel Garrett.  She passed away on March 9, 2023.

She attended JJ Rhoads Public School System.

Mary Garrett was a faithful member of the Faith Temple Church of God in Christ.  Later in life she became a member the Maranatha Church of God in Christ where she served as church Mother until her health failed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Arvella and Ezekiel Garrett, a son; Earl Van and a daughter; Kim Garrett, three brothers; David Garrett, Clarence Garrett, Curtis Garrett and a sister; Vella Williams, one grandson, Anthoneous Garrett and Great Grandson; Ace Garrett.

She leaves to mourn her passing five children; Charolotte Garrett, Paul Rodgers (Lyn), Pamela Nowell (Stephen) Phillip Garett and Troy Garrett (Beverly), five sisters; Margie Mims, Betty Garrett, Dorsulla Garrett, Margaret Stoker and Sherena Garrett, one sister-in-law; Kathy Garrett and a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
