Maxine Dixon

Maxine Dixon was born January 27, 1935 to the parentage of Clarence and Carry Whetstone in Omaha, Texas.  She went home to be with the Lord June 26, 2023.

She attended school at Carver High Independent School District. She was a member of Omaha First Baptist Church.

Maxine enjoyed sewing with her friends and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Carry, her siblings; Collene, William and W.A Whetstone, her children; Shevon Hollins, Kenneth Whetstone and Anthony Dixon.

She leaves to cherish her memories her 2 sons; Bennie and Jerry both of Omaha, Texas, daughter; Melinda Neal of Omaha, Texas, a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
