Otis Joe Hill was born and raised in Naples Texas to Joe Baby Hill and Mattie Richmond. He was born February 13, 1960, and died on April 6, 2021. Otis, or Pops as everyone called him, was a very strong loving, and hard working person.There wasn’t a day that went     by that he was not working. 

He completed school up to the 8th grade. He devoted most of his life to Bryant Farms as a Labor Worker/Farmer. In his free time, Pops enjoyed going fishing, and watching sports, whether it be on tv or supporting our local Pewitt Brahmas. Pops was a very well known Alpha, respected figure in the community, and will truly be missed by many.

   Otis was preceded in death by both of his parents; Joe Baby Hill, and Mattie Richmond, one brother; Leroy Hill, one uncle; Bo Luckey, and two nephews; Johnny and Joshuia Hill.

He is survived by his seven children: Jermone (Kristina) Hill, Tyrone Cobbins, Otis Joe Hill, Alexis (Curtis) Traylor, Alex Hill, Justiss Evans, Ladarius Hill, One Brother David Hill, and three sisters Loreitta Hill, Mary Hill and Anna Hill, Seven grandchildren; Chelsea and Haley Hill, Ebbony and Tyrone Cobbins Jr., Zoria Aranaie Hawkins, Morkeithion Arnez Hawkins, Jaquarion Cortez Hawkins, all of Naples Texas and an abundance of nieces, nephews family and friends.
