Raynell Rodgers

Raynell Rodgers, effectually known as Mrs. Tootsie, was born on June 8, 1931, to the late RT and Betty Spraglin in Cason Texas. She attended Rosewald School in Cason, Texas.

She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.  On August 5th, 1950 Raynell married Orea Rodgers, Sr.

They were married for 54 years. Unto their union four children were born. Larry Rodgers, Orea (Donna) Rodgers Jr., Philip Rodgers Sr., and Brenda K. Rodgers-Johnson.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Orea Sr., two sons Larry and Philip Sr. and great grandson Dante Thomson.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, Orea Jr.and Brenda, stepdaughter Gwendolyn (Willie) Davis, 9 grandkids, 14 great-grandkids, and 5 great-great grandkids. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
