The life of Ruthie R. Tilley-Webb began as the second child of Lester and Beedie Tilley in Larissa, Texas. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Willie Lee Webb, her parents, one sister and three brothers.
Ruthie accepted Christ at an early age at Larissa CME Church. She later united with Carter Temple CME Church in Tyler, Texas. She relocated to Carson, California, where she united with Crenshaw, Christian Center, where she received a Certificate in Discipleship Training. She later returned to Tyler, Texas, and united with St. James Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of the choir.
She graduated from Cuney High School in Cuney, Texas and graduated from Morgan Barber College in Tyler, Texas where she received her Masters License. She graduated from Fabio’s School of Cosmetology in Torrance, California.
She leaves to cherish her memory, three sisters and three brothers, twenty four nephews and nieces, loving cousins and friends. Ruthie‘s greatest love in life was worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As Ruthie‘s journey in life ended, she wanted to thank everyone that touched her life and the lives she touched.
