Stephanie Ann McCoy, a loving and caring mother, lived her life to the fullest.
She enjoyed watching western movies and had a passion for playing the lottery and visiting the casino. Born in Linden, TX in 1960 to RC Cash and Callie B. Starks, she grew up in Hughes Springs, TX where she attended Hughes Springs High School. Stephanie held various jobs in the area, with her last position at
Pilgrim's Pride. She embraced Christianity at an early age and was a member of Full Gospel Pentecostal Church in Mt Pleasant under Pastor Joe Lewis Jr's guidance.
After meeting Robert McCoy, the two married on November 22, 2002. Stephanie had three children from previous relationships, Tamara Starks, Sharon Starks and Torian Starks and gained five stepchildren through her marriage, Verda Johnson (Raymond) Samuel McCoy, Lakesha Lydia, Terri Craddock (Robert) and Tiffani
Thompson (Carvin).
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Stafford Cash and Charity Cash. Her parents RC Cash and Callie B Starks. One child Sharon Starks and one step-grandchild Kristin Hill-Finley.
Survived by her husband, her stepmother Pamela Cash, Uncle Elijah Cash (Evonne), five sisters Wanda Beaner, Ramona Webber (Ricky), Bernetta Wilson (Earl), Evonne Wafer (John) and Ellen Black. Three brothers, Russell Beaner (Mary) Calvin Beaner, and Christopher Cash. Two children, five stepchildren, nine grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed. Her memory will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
