Vishon Cobbins

Vishon O’Neal Cobbins was born on August 3, 1974 in Naples, TX to the parentage of Lela P. Cobbins - McNary and Willie Ray McFarland. Vishon was baptized at an early age at Browns Temple Methodist Church.

He was raised and attended school in the Omaha area where he graduated from Paul Pewitt High School. He furthered his education with Job Corp for welding.

Vishon enjoyed horseback riding, fishing and listening to music. He was always upbeat and enjoyed the company of his friends, there was never a time you would catch him having a bad day. He was the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back.
He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents; John Cobbins and Pearl Cobbins, two brothers; Tony Howard, and Leroy Turner.

He leaves to cherish one son; Jose A. Deras of Mt. Pleasant TX and one daughter; Delayna Cobbins of Hooks TX, four brothers; Lawrence Cobbins (Aisha) of Omaha TX, Michael Cobbins (Catina) of Indiana, Marcus Cobbins (Amy) of Indiana and Kendrick McFarland of Colorado, one sister; LaShawn Brannon, one aunt; Lou Hood of Omaha TX, a host of nieces nephews and very special friends; Kimberly A. Evans-House (sister), Steve Ross
(brother), Sioban Ryan (sister) and Maretta Mason (sister).
