William Woodson

Obituary  

William Woodson Was born June 12, 1931 in Morris County to the late Lank Wayne Woodson and Melissa Woodson. On June 4, 2020 he peacefully went home to be with the Lord.

On April 14, 1950 William was joined in holy matrimony the love of his life, Zonelle Reeves and they remained married for 70 beautiful, long loving years. To this union seven children were born.
William was a devoted loving husband, father, friend and uncle to many.

He was preceded in death by several family members including his mother, father nieces nephew and friends.

Mr. Woodson is survived by his wife Zonelle Woodson; four daughters; Mary Harris (Rev. Roosevelt) of Mt. Vernon, Vida Woodson, Patsy Beaird of Dallas TX, Ellen Manjane of Dallas TX, three sons; Dwight Woodson of Daingerfield, Calvin Woodson, Larry Wayne Woodson of Angleton TX, eleven Grandchildren; (2 preceded in death), nine great-grandchildren; five sisters; Mary Everette, Clara Mitchell, Emma Jean, JoEvelyn, Faydale and one brother, L.W.Woodson and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.
