Yammayarn Hale Obituary

Yammayarn “Yammie” Meosha Hale was born on July 13, 1968, in Dallas, Texas, to the late Frank White and Shirley Jean Hale Kelley. She was raised with strong values, a loving spirit, and a kind heart that would later become her defining qualities, shaping the beautiful life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind.

Yammie accepted Christ at an early age, being baptized at Greater Bethlehem Baptist Church of Dallas, TX. Her heart remained open to God’s word throughout her life. In her early education, she attended public schools in Tatum ISD, Dallas ISD and later graduated from Richmond High School in California. She further continued her education at Kilgore College.

She was a devoted employee at Arabella of Kilgore for over 18 years, faithfully serving as an Administrative Assistant. Throughout her tenure, she made a lasting impression on all who knew her. Known for her kind heart and uplifting spirit, she brought joy to the workplace each day and built meaningful relationships with residents, their family members, and her coworkers.

She was truly the heart and glue of her family, holding everyone together with love, strength, and unwavering devotion. Her deep love for her family was evident in all that she did, as she consistently made them her highest priority. Yammie had a special gift for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and at home in her presence. Her strength, kindness, and beautiful spirit touched the hearts of everyone blessed to know her. Though she will be greatly missed, her love and cherished memories will forever remain in our hearts.

On May 17, she peacefully transitioned at Arabella of Kilgore to be reunited with her beloved parents and siblings.

Yammie preceded in death by her father Frank White, mother Shirley Hale Kelley, sister Hummayarn Hale, brother Albert Kelley, nephew Joshua Kelley and grandparents Isaac and Hazel Sammon Hale.
